Fluorescence-guided surgery (FGS) has expanded rapidly in recent years, driven by the fast-paced development of imaging systems. A recent review in Surgical Endoscopy identified 32 devices from 19 companies, with even more emerging that were not yet included.

Although all devices are compatible with Indocyanine Green, there is significant variability in the hardware and software of each device.
